With funding from federal and state grants, the HEART After School Program is able to offer a wide variety of field trips as well as special events on campus. For example, classroom-based natural science lessons are brought to life through trips to the Fresno Zoo, Imagine U Children's Museum, Kaweah Oaks Preserve, Impact Center and many other local venues. On-site special events include visits from our local police, fire departments, animal specialists, and local artists. These activities enrich student learning from youth development to enrichment programs.
