Pro-Youth/HEART Physical Education

At HEART we have a goal of giving students a
consistent program for health and physical fitness that establish life-long habits of good health and nutrition. SPARKS P.E., a research based physical fitness curriculum,
is one of the regular components of our program. In addition to SPARKS, which offers a wide variety of activities that fully engage students, Program Leaders are
encouraged to incorporate physical fitness in all activities.
