2009 The Great American Renaissance Man: Ben Franklin
portrayed by Christopher Lowell. Currently retired from university teaching, Mr. Lowell uses his energy and enthusiasm as a motivational speaker, bringing the extraordinary life and accomplishments of Ben Franklin to audiences across the country.
2008 Debate of the President: Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt featuring Clay Jenkinson.
Mr. Jenkinson has portrayed Thomas Jefferson for more than
two decades. He also performs as Meriwether Lewis, Theodore Roosevelt and J. Robert Oppenheimer. Mr. Jenkinson is the author of numerous books that address the historical topics of: Becoming Jefferson’s People: Re-Inventing the American Republic in the Twenty-First Century, Theodore Roosevelt in the Dakota Badlands, and
A Vast and Open Plain: The Writings of the Lewis and Clark Expedition in North Dakota, 1804-1806. Mr. Jenkinson is the founder of The Thomas Jefferson Hour, a radio program where citizens can ask questions of America’s third president. Also, Mr. Jenkinson was a contributor on Theodore Roosevelt in the acclaimed television series, The National Parks: America’s Best Idea.
